Delivery by Horders
Our in house team of operatives will carry out the delivery and installation of your appliances.
Once you have placed your order we will contact you to arrange a delivery with a two hour time slot on the day; and subject to availability can offer a first call or last call option to help you plan your day.
Our trained operatives are able to install all types of electrical and gas products and Horders are GASAFE registered and NICEIC approved for gas and electrical work for added peace of mind.
Delivery and Returns
HORDERS Appliance Specialists deliver to selected UK locations within a 30 mile radius of BS7 8TW, Bristol. Where a customer resides outside of this postcode radius we recommend contacting the store on 0800 318 419 or firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss the delivery options. Prices for all goods do not include delivery unless otherwise stated. All prices quoted include UK VAT at 20% where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse orders. Any return carriage charges will be at the customers cost in the first instance. On inspection, should a product be found to be faulty, then the return carriage costs will be reimbursed. We will gladly exchange products for "non-fault" reasons, but you will be liable for all subsequent carriage charges. All payments must be in UK Sterling.
HORDERS Appliance Specialists will deliver all purchased goods within a window of 5 days. HORDERS Appliance Specialists will contact all customers immediately after a sale has been made to confirm the delivery details.
